Our Approach

Before we start drawing up any plans we undertake incredibly rigorous research into the area we have chosen, looking at regeneration plans, tourist figures and infrastructure. Only when we are satisfied about the investment value, do we start to develop.

We also take every effort to ensure that in 10 years time our apartments will still be modern - we do this by only using top quality materials and technology that is ahead of its time. We constantly seek innovation, e.g. we were the first in Europe to introduce Dual Lock Design enabling a two bedroom to be converted into a studio and one bedroom apartment hence increasing opportunities to earn rental income. At early stages of the planning/build we think about rental pools and management contracts working with well known letting and management agencies to develop a proposition that suits the buyer. We go a step further and at very early stages we are already speaking to the travel agents about including our development in travel brochures to start building the tourist trade.

So unlike other developers, we look at the whole picture to ensure that the developments we bring to you are the best value and will offer brilliant facilities as well as great rental potential.
