Current Developments

We concentrate on niche markets and to date have two successful developments in Bansko, Bulgaria.

White Fir Resort is our first development and is almost sold out. Construction has started and White Fir Resort will be open for the 07/08 ski season.

White Fir Valley, a sister development to White Fir Resort is due to start construction in March 2007 and is already 70% sold.

Both will be managed and let by Colliers International, one of the world's leading holiday management and rental companies.
