Buy Land

We are selling serviced building plots for only €23,500 in the sunny south coastal region of Bulgaria in an area ripe for golf development. Land near golf courses can sell for around €100 / m2 meaning a return of around 500% in the years ahead.

An excellent long term safe investment in these troubling times. Bulgaria has the lowest tax in Europe and is ranked in the top 10 countries worldwide suitable for investment by the World Bank.

Plots vary in size but on average are 1,000m2 which is about a quarter of an acre.  Only a limited number are available.

Each plot has planning for a villa. Please note that since joining the EU in January 2007 only land in certain designated areas in Bulgaria can now qualify for planning. This makes land with planning a scarce commodity.

We are an experienced developer and we know what to do to protect your investment. Accordingly, when you buy land you will not be left on your own.  We will also impose limits on design – this means all the villas will conform to a certain “type” which will enhance all property values. You don’t have to build of course. Most investors will trade the land on for a profit.
